Account & Membership

  • Logging In/Account Changes: If you forget your username or password, use the “Sign in Help” link on the login page. Once logged in, you can change your username, password, and display name on the “My Info” page.
  • Membership Cost: Membership is $9.95 per month, or $99.95 for the year (a 20% savings). Members get wholesale pricing on products.
  • Cancelling Membership: To cancel, log in and visit “My Membership.” To cancel a yearly membership, email [email protected].

Refund Policy:

  • Products: A 90-day empty bottle guarantee is offered. Send the unused portion or empty bottle back for a refund.
  • Monthly Membership: Refundable up to 7 days from the charge date if no products were purchased using the membership.
  • Yearly Membership: 100% refundable within 7 days if unused; 50% refundable within 90 days. No refund after 90 days.
  • Affiliate Join Fees: Refundable within 7 days of joining. 

Orders & Shipping

  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping is 5-7 business days for the US and 2-3 weeks internationally.
  • Order Status: You can track your order in the “Order History” section of your account.
  • Payment Methods: LiveGood accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Cryptocurrency (via BitPay).
  • Returns: Products can be returned to the warehouse address provided on the Refund Policy page for a refund. 

Compensation & Affiliates

  • Payment Schedule: Fast Start Commissions are paid weekly on Thursdays. Matrix Commissions and Matching Bonuses are paid monthly during the first week of the month.
  • How to Get Paid: Payment options include Direct Deposit (USA only), Global eWallet (powered by iPayout), and Cryptocurrency (powered by BitPay).
  • Matrix & Powerline: The powerline shows how many people joined the company after you, not necessarily under you in the matrix. Members are placed in the matrix following their enroller, and spillover depends on the building speed of those above you. 

Product Information

  • Manufacturing & Testing: Products are manufactured in the USA in cGMP/NSF certified facilities and are third-party tested for purity, potency, and heavy metals. Certificates of Analysis are available on the website.
  • Gluten-Free/Allergy Concerns: Super Reds and Super Greens contain wheatgrass, which is gluten-free, but those with severe wheat allergies should be cautious.
